Our servers allow messages of up to 30MB to be sent or received, however many ISPs or mail programmes have a lower limit which will restrict your effective mail message size.
Sharing messages of over 10MB is not recommended, as mail is not an efficient means of sharing large documents.
Rather make use of platforms such as Dropbox or WeTransfer, which allow you to easily upload large documents and then simply forward a download link to the recipient.
